Santa Monica’s New Comedy Club, The CROW, Offers Laughs, Belonging, and Innovation
On Friday, Nov. 10, The CROW hosted one of their signature shows, Read the Room, featuring Reiki master and tarot reader, Jovan Illa, and comedian Orion Levine. The premise of the show is that Illa pulls names of audience members from the “Mystical Goblet” and pulls them onstage for a reading that responds to a personal question, while Levine helps heighten and lighten the mood following the arcane answer.

On Thursday October 26, the Television Academy Foundation hosted a panel discussing television’s role in portraying healthy masculinity on screen. Moderated by Tarah Malhotra-Feinberg, Executive Producer of the “Man Enough” podcast, the panel included Glen Mazzara, Gary Barker, Ted Bunch and Matt Walsh, each bringing their own unique qualifications to the table.
